Instant prices for 304 / 304L stainless steel parts cut from your DXF, 2 mm to 12 mm. Stainless is cut with high-pressure nitrogen, giving a bright, oxide-free edge that needs little or no finishing.
What we cut
- Thicknesses: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm in 304 / 304L.
- Nitrogen-cut edges: no scale, ready for food, marine and architectural work.
- Standard sheet 2500 x 1250 mm, nested with a 10 mm gap between parts.
- Panels, splashbacks, brackets, enclosures, signage, marine fittings and food equipment parts.
How pricing works
Your price is worked out from the drawing itself: the length of every cut, the number of pierces, the cutting speed for that material and thickness, and how many parts fit on a sheet. Delivery is priced at the same time, by courier or pallet depending on weight and size, so the total you see is the total you pay.

Which grade of stainless do you cut?
304 / 304L as standard. Ask about 316 through the material request form.
Will the edges be discoloured?
Stainless is cut with nitrogen, so the edge stays bright rather than oxidised.
